UFC 333's two championship fights are official. Alexander Volkanovski, Movsar Evloev, Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili all hit their marks Friday morning in Abu Dhabi, clearing the last formal hurdle before Saturday's card at Etihad Arena.

The session had one ugly exception. Nicolle Caliari weighed 120.5 pounds for her strawweight fight with Iasmin Lucindo, putting her 4.5 pounds above the 116-pound non-title limit. The UFC said the fight will continue, but Caliari will surrender 30 percent of her purse to Lucindo.

Both title fights are locked in

Volkanovski weighed 144.5 pounds for his featherweight title defense. Evloev came in at 145, keeping his unbeaten run and first UFC title shot intact.

The co-main event was just as clean. Yan and Dvalishvili each weighed 135 pounds for their third meeting, this time with Yan's bantamweight championship at stake. Dvalishvili won their first fight by unanimous decision in March 2023. Yan took the rematch in December 2025 to reclaim the belt, so Saturday settles a rivalry that is tied at one win apiece.

There was no late scale drama from any of the four title fighters. That matters on a card built around two championship rematches with very different pressures. Volkanovski is defending against an opponent who has not lost in 20 professional fights. Yan is trying to prove his second result against Dvalishvili was a correction, not a one-night answer.

Caliari's miss is the card's lone blemish

Lucindo did her part at 115 pounds. Caliari's 120.5-pound reading was not a routine half-pound miss; it put her closer to the flyweight limit than the contracted strawweight allowance. The 30 percent penalty is steep, but Lucindo also accepts a physical disadvantage against an opponent who stopped cutting well above the agreed number.

MMA Fighting reported that the other 27 athletes who stepped on the scale made weight. That keeps all 14 scheduled fights together, including the Lucindo-Caliari bout at an adjusted weight.

The rest of the UFC 333 weights

Lone'er Kavanagh (125.5) and Ramazan Temirov (126) made flyweight. Heavyweights Alexander Volkov (256) and Rizvan Kuniev (265) also made their limits, while Aaron Pico (145.5) and Losene Keita (146) completed the five-fight main card.

On the preliminary card, Azamat Murzakanov weighed 206 against Dominick Reyes at 205. Nikita Krylov and Abdul Rakhman Yakhyaev both hit 206. Abus Magomedov weighed 185.5 against Cam Rowston at 185, and Grant Dawson came in at 156 against Nurullo Aliev at 155.

The early prelims also include Colby Thicknesse (135.5) against Asaf Chopurov (136), Abubakar Vagaev (185.5) against Jacob Malkoun (186), Bolaji Oki (146) against Daniel Santos (146), and Kody Steele (156) against Noah Gugnon (156).

UFC 333 begins Saturday at the unusual daytime hour for U.S. viewers. Early prelims start at 10 a.m. ET, the preliminary card follows at noon, and the main card begins at 2 p.m. on Paramount+.
