ONE Completes Inner Circle 37 Card for Christian Lee vs. Tye Ruotolo

ONE Championship has finalized the lineup for The Inner Circle 37, a compact five-fight card built around Christian Lee's lightweight MMA title defense against Tye Ruotolo.

The event takes place Friday, November 6, at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok and will stream for members on ONE's live platform. ONE announced the completed card Monday, four days before the fighters enter the ring.

Lee is defending against a challenger with only two professional MMA fights. That number makes the booking look strange at first. Ruotolo's experience on the mat explains why ONE was willing to make it.

Ruotolo gets a title shot in his third MMA fight

Ruotolo, 23, is ONE's welterweight submission grappling champion and one of the best young jiu-jitsu competitors in the sport. He submitted Adrian Lee with a rear-naked choke in his MMA debut, then put Shozo Isojima to sleep in the first round of his second fight.

Now he gets Christian Lee, Adrian's older brother, with a belt on the line.

Lee has spent nearly his entire adult career inside ONE. The 28-year-old made his promotional debut at 17, won the lightweight championship from Shinya Aoki in 2019 and later added the welterweight title. According to ONE, he owns the promotion's records for wins, finishes and first-round finishes. Seventeen of his 18 victories have ended before the final bell.

That is a brutal jump in competition for Ruotolo. His grappling is good enough to make the first scramble dangerous for anyone, but Lee has already dealt with title-fight pressure, championship rounds and opponents who can threaten him in every phase. Ruotolo has not had to answer those questions in MMA yet.

Four Muay Thai bouts complete the card

The co-main event is a bantamweight Muay Thai rematch between Komawut FA Group and Yodphupa Petkiatpet. Komawut won their first meeting by split decision at ONE Friday Fights 50 in February 2024. Both men returned to the win column in 2026 after difficult stretches.

The rest of the lineup stays with Muay Thai. Kongchai Chanaidonmueang faces Tantawy Ahmed at flyweight, Titus Proctor meets Maciej Karpinski at lightweight, and Cal Cook takes on Dabdam Por Tor Tor Thongtawee at strawweight.
